Proper Paws University has been an amazing and rewarding season of my life and it is with great pride and wonderful memories that I say goodbye. My passion at Proper Paws has always been to enhance the lives of people and their pets by educating and coaching owners and the community on canine behavior and reward based obedience training. It is truly a wonderful feeling to see families smile when we helped open the communication with their pets and began many lasting memories of the amazing canine bond. I will always remember the dedication and passion of our staff and how hard they worked towards the success of Proper Paws. I believe our trainers and daycare pet counselors not only “set the bar” but continued to “raise the bar” in professionalism in caring for your canine companion within the pet industry in Racine and southeastern Wisconsin. I truly appreciate your generous support of kind words and numerous client referrals as well as the trust and loyalty you have given to Proper Paws.I am happy to announce that Proper Paws will become the future home of “A Dog Days Inn” – Racine’s newest spot for all of your dog’s needs under one roof. The new ownership is giving the building a wonderful facelift and when they reopen will be offering daycare, overnight boarding, training, grooming, and wellness veterinary care by the doctors of Beechwood Veterinary Clinic.
